Terms of Service
The agreement covering an M2 Casino account, set out in the order the questions usually arise.
Parties
This agreement runs between the account holder and the operator of M2 Casino. It takes effect at registration and lasts until the account is shut. Continued use signifies acceptance, including of amendments that have been notified.
Who Qualifies
- Adults of 21 or above, registering under their own name with details that are truthful.
- Persons for whom holding such an account is lawful. Betting is restricted by Malaysian statute, Muslim citizens observe Syariah requirements as well, and satisfying yourself on that point falls to you.
- A single account each. Additional registrations may be shut and any gain obtained through them reversed.
Identity Checks
Proof of identity, age, residence or ownership of a payment instrument may be requested at any stage, and commonly is ahead of a first payout. Clearing those checks early is the surest route to a withdrawal that does not sit waiting.
Funding and Payouts
Money must originate from an instrument registered to the account holder, and returns by the same route where the method supports it. Thresholds and processing windows are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change; the figures shown at the time govern.
Promotional Terms
Each campaign carries conditions of its own which accompany the offer and prevail over this page in any conflict. Broadly: turnover requirements complete before bonus money becomes withdrawable, categories contribute unequally, a stake ceiling operates while a bonus is open, and unclaimed bonus balances lapse.
Prohibited Behaviour
Acting in concert, automating play, exploiting a defect instead of reporting it and reversing a completed payment each justify closure, together with removal of anything gained that way. A defect declared immediately is handled as a defect.
Ending and Amendment
An account may be shut by its holder at any time, with any settled balance paid out. We may suspend or terminate one for breach of this agreement or where an obligation compels it. Amendments of substance are communicated to the account.
Raising a Dispute
Disputes go to the support routes shown on the contact page. Supply the date, the amount and the identifier of the round or payment concerned. The identifier issued by a payment provider disposes of most cashier disagreements without further evidence.
